The Monday Night Beginners Cookery Club covers basic knife skills, Sauces, Techniques and each session we also cover Fish, Meat, Desserts and touch on some around the world dishes the Beginners is for someone that does little cooking and would like to build their confidence in the kitchen.
The Thursday Night Intermediate Cookery Club covers sauces, cookery methods and techniques for Starters, Mains and Desserts with a cook off on the last session where you invite a guest along to sample your cooking and what you have learnt in the 6 week sessions, the intermediate is for someone that likes to cook and wants to top up on their skills.
The Thursday Night Advanced Cookery Club covers all the aspects of the intermediate class but with the enhanced and more technical interpretation of the recipes, mastering the art of seasoning your dishes and sauces, patisserie work, and creating dishes worthy in a restaurant!
All our groups are all based on the enjoyment of cooking and to assist in us investing in your life skills, we also create a fun and relaxed environment to make it all the more enjoyable.
