Our Friday teen cookery class is the start to the weekend, which means it’s a great way for them to unwind, have some fun, catch up with the other students and be creative.
It's really important that our teen students learn the fundamentals of practical cookery, understanding food groups and gaining ingredient knowledge.
So in each class we focus on different skills or cooking methods, allowing the young cooks to experience a very wide range of dishes and world cuisines
This class is aimed at 12-16's as we cover knife handling, stove top cooking and oven work, valuable life skills.
Everything that the young students will need is provided by Flavours, aprons, ingredients, equipment, light refreshments and recipe sheets, plus all that they create the family get to sample, so even take-away containers are supplied by us.
